Use a bath sponge or your hands to lather BODY WASH all over your body. Rinse.
Step out from the bath or shower and pat skin dry. Immediately spritz DRY BODY OIL into hands or directly onto skin and massage all over.

So fill the room with as much steam as possible before getting in and make sure skin stays warm and wet while performing the ritual and especially throughout the exfoliation process. Our shower tips are: Fill the room with steam — as warm and wet as you can manage. Make sure to soften the Exfoliating Body Glove under the hot water before beginning the ritual. Allow time for skin to warm and soften under the hot water and in the steam. Apply Pre-Exfoliating Foam allowing a few seconds for it to soak in before rinsing off.
